VECTOR is the transportation marketplace of KenNick Technologies L.L.C — passenger rides, food delivery, and trucking. The price is shown in the app before you request or purchase. No hidden fees.
What VECTOR sells
- VECTOR Request — passenger rides: economy, comfy, luxury, mini van, 10-passenger, charter, chauffeur.
- VECTOR Driver — licensed drivers accept trips and cash out earnings.
- Food and Beverage — partner shops; delivery and tip at checkout.
- Trucking — box, flatbed, reefer, and semi where offered.
- VECTOR Cash — add USD from a debit or credit card, then spend on rides and food.
This is a software marketplace. Service is performed in person at pickup and drop-off. We do not mail physical goods.
How you pay
The full price is shown in the VECTOR app and in LUMR before you request a ride or complete a purchase. No hidden fees. Riders store a bank card or add VECTOR Cash. Charges are in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Card data is processed by Stripe. KenNick Technologies L.L.C does not store full card numbers on this website.

Cancellation and refunds
If the rider cancels before a driver is assigned, there is no charge. After a driver is assigned, any cancel fee is shown in the app before you confirm. VECTOR Cash top-ups may be refunded to the original card on request. Completed trips are not refunded except for service failure.
Privacy policy
We collect name, email, phone, trip addresses, live GPS during a trip, and Stripe payment tokens. We do not sell personal information. Email KenNick@KenNickTechnologiesllc.com to access or delete your file. LUMR account data is governed on lumensocialite.com.
Terms of service
By using VECTOR or LUMR you agree that KenNick Technologies L.L.C provides the software. VECTOR drivers are independent contractors. You must be 18. The price shown in the app before you request or purchase is the contract price. No hidden fees. Florida law. Venue: Pinellas County, Florida.
